This is were we are looking to tailor your workout program and nutrition to keep us in a calorie deficit, Looking at using the right outputs on cardio machines and approach to how to bring down calories and upping the output

Overall Confidence

As we do each phase, we are looking to beat 'the strength phase from the time before' being better and more stronger adding on more muscle mass than before and in the dieting phase looking to be leaner than the time before
