How We Create, Define & Achieve Your Goals.

Step One.

Book a Consultation.

The Purpose of the consultation is to clearly define your goals & identify any challenges that may be hindering your progress. From there, I will develop a personalised strategies to help you overcome these challenges & confidently move you toward your target.

Step Two.

Movement Assessment.

A movement assessment is a full-body evaluation of your mobility, stability, and strength, identifying any muscle tightness, weaknesses, or imbalances. If you experience pain or discomfort, this session helps investigate the cause. Based on the findings, I’ll create a personalized workout program tailored to your needs, ensuring every session supports your goals effectively.

Step Three.

Gym Floor.

I will guide you through each exercise, coaching you on Correct technique and explaining the purpose behind each exercise. As your trainer, it is my responsibility to ensure you understand the ‘why’ behind every movement while making your workout fun, enjoyable, and appropriately challenging.

How Much Does It Cost?

Now i have often get asked 'how much are you?' 'How much are you per hour?'The answer really is not per hour, i pride myself massively on giving you as much support, as much accountability as possible, been there every step of the way with you side by side.If you are interested in signing up or are on the fence, the first thing we do is we do a FREE consultation meeting, now this can be done face to face somewhere local or via a zoom call.We chat about your goals, where you are now in relation to food and drink, what has worked well and has not worked well in terms of fitness before in the past. I show you exactly what we will do to get you to your goal and then we go through the pricing at the end.I always say if your not ready for a consultation chat then your not 100% committed in to reaching your goal, that then ends up been a waste of your money and time.If you are ready to start we set up the discussed price to be paid to me monthly with a NO CONTRACT basis, meaning you can finish when you like incase anything financially or family issues pop up.

When Do I Pay?

Anybody as a 1:1 client, will pay for the remaining sessions of the month upfront during the consultation and then pay as a standing order on the first of each month at the discussed price.Anybody as a online client, the day we sit down and sign up, you pay the remaining of the month there and then and then you pay on the first of each month on a standing order.

Is There A Lengthy Contract?

I proudly present to clients a 'no contract basis' - which means when you sign up you do not have to commit to a certain length, i want people to NOT worry about finances. You can cancel when you want, all i ask for is a months notice if possible. This is for both 1:1 and online

How Does The Process Work?

It begins with an initial consultation, where we’ll discuss your goals, fitness history, and any limitations you might have. From there:

  • We will complete a movement assessment.

  • I’ll design a personalized program tailored to your needs.

  • We’ll schedule regular training sessions to work on exercises, track progress, and adjust the plan as needed.

  • I’ll provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability throughout your fitness journey.

How Soon Can I Expect To See Results?

You should be able to feel physically and mentally better in 6 weeks. This will not be a life changing transformation but you should 100% definitely start to feel and look different in as little as 6 weeks.I always say, goals create goalsEG - If you want to get to 'X' amount of body weight, when you get there, you don't just stop, you will want to go further by either losing more weight, or getting stronger, OR BOTH.

What Should I Bring To A Training Session?

  • Comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes.

  • A water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • A towel for sweat.

How Long Are The Training Sessions?

Our actual paid session/s of the week is 60 minutes, this along side your warm up and cool down which i will ask you to do 5-10 minutes before we start and 5-10 mins after we finish, this will be brought into play depending on your experience

How Often Should I Train With A Personal Trainer?

The frequency depends on your goals, schedule, and budget. One / two session per week on a permanent basis is how you will work in my diary, this alongside 2-3 more workouts will rocket you to your health and fitness goals

Do you provide meal plans?

While I’m not a licensed dietitian, I offer general nutritional advice to help you make healthier food choices that support your goals. We will work out your calorie target and look at your food diary and recommend what we can remove / add in to your daily routine to help with your health and fitness goals and to be able to hit your recommend macronutrients

What is your cancellation policy?

To finish working with me in full i ask for 1 month minimum notice to allow time to find someone to go into your weekly slot, if you are due to miss a session due to you being on holiday then at least 24 hours notice is appreciated. Anything under 24 hours notice the session is not rescheduled and NO refund will be given.
