How Much Does It Cost?

Now i have often get asked 'how much are you?' 'How much are you per hour?'

The answer really is not per hour, i pride myself massively on giving you as much support, as much accountability as possible, been there every step of the way with you side by side.

If you are interested in signing up or are on the fence, the first thing we do is we do a FREE consultation meeting, now this can be done face to face somewhere local or via a zoom call.

We chat about your goals, where you are now in relation to food and drink, what has worked well and has not worked well in terms of fitness before in the past. I show you exactly what we will do to get you to your goal and then we go through the pricing at the end.

I always say if your not ready for a consultation chat then your not 100% committed in to reaching your goal, that then ends up been a waste of your money and time.

If you are ready to start we set up the discussed price to be paid to me monthly with a NO CONTRACT basis, meaning you can finish when you like incase anything financially or family issues pop up.

When Do I Pay?

Anybody as a 1:1 client, will pay for the remaining sessions of the month upfront during the consultation and then pay as a standing order on the first of each month at the discussed price.

Anybody as a online client, the day we sit down and sign up, you pay the remaining of the month there and then and then you pay on the first of each month on a standing order.

Do I Have To Submit To 6-12 Months?

I proudly present to clients a 'no contract basis' - which means when you sign up you do not have to commit to a certain length, i want people to NOT worry about finances. You can cancel when you want, all i ask for is a months notice if possible. This is for both 1:1 and online

What If I Have An Injury?

Depending on your injury you are 99% more likely to be recommend to get in the gym and help strengthen it up, keep it strong, keep it flexible and mobile. I have worked with people with knee replacements, hip replacements, suffered from bulged discs in their spine. I would ask what the injury is in our consultation and make sure i have the right qualifications and guidance in getting you to where you want to be

When Do I Expect To See Changes?

You should be able to feel physically and mentally better in 6 weeks. This will not be a life changing transformation but you should 100% definitely start to feel and look different in as little as 6 weeks.

I always say, goals create goals

EG - If you want to get to 'X' amount of body weight, when you get there, you don't just stop, you will want to go further by either losing more weight, or getting stronger, OR BOTH.

What Does The Consultation (first meeting) Involve?

The first initial meeting, we either, sit locally, grab a drink and discuss everything from goals, what you have tried before in the past in terms of health and fitness, what has worked well and what has not worked well.

I go through everything i do, how it works and how i WILL get you to your fitness goal by following the simple steps and guide

Depending on the experience you have - i will find this out through the answers you give to the questions i ask you, we start off at a stage that is tailored to you and then bring in / add extra things when your ready for it, so that its not overwhelming.
